HARRISON, Justice.

Philip J. Hirschkop, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was found guilty of criminal contempt in the court below and his punishment fixed at a fine of $50 and a sentence of 5 days in jail. The trial court suspended the execution of the sentence to jail, "on condition that the said Philip J. Hirschkop in all future dealings with the court conduct himself with decorum and in a manner befitting an attorney a law". Final order...
