Appellant Vincent Cannara, along with a co-defendant Rosario Zarcaro, was found guilty by a jury of receiving stolen goods in violation of N.J.S. 2A:139-1. On his appeal, the Appellate Division affirmed his conviction. Zarcaro did not appeal. We granted Cannara's petition for certification. 52 N.J. 171 (1968).
