Delbert Lewis was charged in two indictments with crimes against nature, that is, having carnal knowledge of the bodies of Dexter Bowling and Donald Bowling. Code § 18.1-212 (1960 Repl.Vol.).* The indictments were tried together to a jury which found defendant guilty as charged in each and fixed his punishment at one year in the penitentiary on each conviction.
