Appellant, together with three codefendants — Gerry White, Monroe Clark and Melvin Gorham — was indicted for "wilfully and maliciously" setting fire to and burning the storehouse at 601 N. Edgewood Street in violation of Maryland Code, Article 27, Section 7.
