This criminal case involving alleged violations of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938, 21 U.S.C.A. § 301 et seq., is now before the Court on two motions to suppress evidence filed by the corporate defendant, J. B. Kramer Grocery Co., Inc., and by the individual defendant, James B. Kramer.
