CAMERON, Judge.

This is a writ of certiorari to review an award of the Industrial Commission of Arizona which found that the petitioner did not sustain an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment.

We are called upon to determine:

1. The date of the alleged accident. 2. Whether the disability of the petitioner is the result of an injury or accident arising out of and in the course and scope of his employment.
