Plaintiff files this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 [42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e et seq.]. He alleges discrimination in employment because of his Hungarian national origin. He has been employed by defendant since November 1964 as a machinist. On October 21, 1967 he was dismissed from his employment, but filed a grievance under his union contract on October 25...
