The above two cases with their multiple defendants arise out of personal injuries incurred by plaintiff when a gas heater exploded. Plaintiff, a citizen of Pennsylvania, was an employee engaged in road construction in Tridelphia, West Virginia. The corporate defendants are incorporated in various states outside Pennsylvania, the non-corporate defendant is an individual resident and doing business as a sole proprietorship...
