(sic), a Texas corporation, in which the matter in controversy exceeds, exclusive of interest and costs, the sum of $10,000.00, for infringement in commerce of plaintiff's service marks registered on the principal register in the United States Patent Office, for infringement in Texas of plaintiff's service marks...
