Plaintiffs, David Rice and R. E. Meekins, d/b/a Hub Supply, brought this action against defendants, Frank A. Floyd, C. L. Pollard and Ruben Polk, for debt and to foreclose a statutory materialmen's lien against a tract of land located in San Jacinto County.
