The defendant, Joseph Andrew Bova, is charged with willfully and knowingly refusing induction into the Armed Forces of the United States in violation of Title 50 App. of the United States Code § 462. At the conclusion of trial to the court, the defendant moved for a judgment of acquittal on several grounds.
