The defendant is charged in an information with the illegal possession of a sawed-off shotgun which had been made in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5821, which had been transferred in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5811 and 5812, and which had not been registered pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 5841, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861.
