ADAMS, J.
On October 24, 1965 a stabbing occurred in a hallway outside a dining room in Jackson prison. Frank Clark, a prison inmate, died as a result of knife wounds inflicted by defendant. The defendant, Roger Johnson, was proceeded against upon an information charging him with murder.
