Appellant has been the owner and operator of a used auto parts and junk yard business for many years in New Braunfels. He petitioned the trial court for a temporary injunction to restrain the city of New Braunfels, appellee, from arresting him and fining him and from interfering in his business of maintaining junk cars and auto parts outside the building on his premises which is located on one of the main thoroughfares of the city.
