The plaintiff, Secretary of Labor, seeks to enjoin the defendant, F. M. Sloan, Inc., from violating the minimum wage, the overtime, and the record keeping provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S. C.A. § 201 et seq. The plaintiff also seeks to restrain the defendant from the further withholding of payment of minimum wage and overtime compensation allegedly due from the defendant...
