The Bedding, Curtain and Drapery Workers Union, Local 140 of the United Furniture Workers of America, AFL-CIO, seeks review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board. No. 27, found that Local 140 had violated section 8(b) (4) (ii) (B) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 158(b) (4) (ii) (B), by picketing three furniture stores with an object of forcing...
