OPINION

NELSON, Justice.

In this action plaintiff sought recovery of "Guaranteed Flight Pay" under a policy of insurance issued by defendant. After the Federal Aviation Agency did not renew plaintiff's medical certificate, required of all commercial pilots, he submitted a claim for benefits by reason of this disability.
