This is the second appearance of this case in this court. The case, as originally tried, resulted in a verdict in favor of the railroad. The trial court granted a motion for a new trial, which was affirmed on review in this court. See: Fla. East Coast Railway v. Morgan, Fla.App. 1966, 190 So.2d 794.
