The county court adjudged that an antenuptial promise of Wade W. Grassman, surviving husband of Katherine Kent Grassman, was not binding. The court also granted Wade's application for statutory allowances. On appeal the district court rendered a judgment identical with that of the county court, and the executrix has appealed.
