This is an appeal from a judgment in a declaratory relief action declaring that the defendant-employer is not obligated to pay the plaintiff-employee $20,000. The case is concerned with the meaning of paragraph 7 in a letter contract of employment drawn by the employer and accepted in writing by the employee which letter confirmed a previous oral agreement between the parties.
