Following a jury trial defendants Lynam, Offley and Dunham were found guilty of conspiracy to commit grand theft and three counts of grand theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended and defendants were placed on probation subject to conditions.1 Defendants Lynam and Offley appeal from the orders granting probation.
