This is an action brought by the City of Fort Wayne on behalf of the Department of Redevelopment to condemn certain real estate located in a blighted area. The proceedings were brought under the general Eminent Domain law, Burns' Ind. Stat. Anno., §§ 3-1701 et seq. [1946 Repl.]. The appellants filed objections to the eminent domain proceedings under Burns' Ind. Stat. Anno., § 3-1705 [1946 Repl.] which, in part, reads as follows...
