Pursuant to the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended (Title 29 § 201, etc., U.S.C.A.), plaintiff here seeks to require defendants to comply with the provisions of said Act, to determine the sums now due employees of defendants for prior failure to comply with the terms of the Act, and require payment of said sums.
