Plaintiff sued defendants for money allegedly due under an oral contract to build a residence. Defendants moved for summary judgment on the ground that plaintiff was not licensed as a residential builder as required by PA 1953, No 208 (CLS 1961, § 338.971 et seq., Stat Ann 1957 Rev and Stat Ann 1961 Cum Supp § 18.86[1] et seq.).
