MOBLEY, Justice.

Robert Lee Roger, Jr., was charged with the murder of Patsy Joseph Mastro by shooting him with a shotgun, and was convicted with a recommendation of mercy. On appeal the defendant asserts that the evidence, which was entirely circumstantial, was not sufficient to support the verdict, and that errors were committed in the admission of certain evidence on the trial.
