Plaintiff is on appeal to this Court from a decision of the Ingham county circuit court, affirming the Michigan employment security appeal board which in turn had affirmed the referee, refusing to uphold plaintiff's determination that on September 7, 1963, defendants had engaged in a transfer and continuation of business under CLS 1961, § 421.22 (Stat Ann 1960 Rev § 17.524).
