This is an extension of the proceedings with which this Court dealt in Forman v. City of Montgomery, 245 F.Supp. 17 (M.D.Ala.1965). Those proceedings sought removal, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1443, of the criminal prosecutions of the various plaintiffs now before this Court.
