Respondent determined deficiencies in the 1961 and 1962 income tax of Jerry M. and Lois M. Buckles (husband and wife) in the respective amounts of $1,343.37 and $1,121.59. During the years in question the Buckles lived in St. Joseph, Missouri, and they filed their joint income tax returns for said years with the district director of internal revenue at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma...
