Plaintiff buyers commenced this action to require defendant to complete performance of an agreement to sell certain lands in Park County. The district court entered judgment for plaintiffs, ordered the seller to execute and deliver a deed to them, subject to a prior mortgage and a life estate for defendant in a part of said lands; and ordered plaintiffs to execute and deliver a note and mortgage to defendant in return.
