Complaints before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination brought by Segundo Cruz and his wife, Arleen Cruz, charged the petitioner, LaPierre, with unlawful discrimination because of Segundo's "national origin" in violation of G.L.c. 151B, in respect of the renting of an apartment at 105 Charlton Street, Southbridge.
