OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE ROBERTS, March 15, 1968:

William C. Purdy died testate in 1954 leaving his entire estate to his wife, Marie, for life with an unlimited power to consume principal. The corpus, if any, at her death was given to Mr. Purdy's nephew, Henry P. Purdy, appellant. Mrs. Purdy died in 1965, also testate. This appeal centers about paragraph 18 of Mrs. Purdy's will: "Any and all inheritance, estate and succession taxes whatsoever, either state or federal...
