Respondent, a dealer in potatoes, brought this action against appellant Quanco Farms to restrain appellant from interfering with the harvesting of a potato crop. Quanco Farms is a corporation engaged in the business of farming. It is owned and controlled by Carl Quandt and H.F. Beckerdite. By stipulation of the parties the injunction issues were dropped and the harvest was allowed to proceed. Appellant then cross-complained, seeking damages against respondent...
