The question is whether the workmen's compensation claimant effectively instituted supplementary proceedings for an increased disability award within the five-year period of limitations fixed by the Labor Code. He suffered a compensable back injury on December 14, 1961. On September 11, 1964, he was awarded 25 1/2 percent permanent disability with further medical care.
