Subject cases involve, respectively, the Tanglewood Shopping Center and the Tanglewood Apartments, adjacent properties located in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The plaintiff in one case is the defendant in the other. The cases have a good deal in common by way of background; they were tried to the Court without a jury within a few days of each other and were briefed over the same period of time...
