The Respondent resists enforcement of the Decision and Order of the National Labor Relations Board dated August 23, 1966. The Order is based upon the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the Trial Examiner before whom an extensive hearing was held on alleged unfair labor practices by Appellee under the National Labor Relations Act. Title 29 U.S.C.A. Section 151 et seq.
