MEMORANDUM OPINION

OREN R. LEWIS, District Judge.

The collecting bank, Arlington Trust Company, Inc., interpleaded the abovenamed defendants pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1335 and 2361 to determine the ownership and the rights of the parties in the proceeds of six checks totaling $69,471.28.

The disputed funds were deposited in the registry of this Court ($32,465.69 in cash, with a corporate surety bond for the balance).
