Per Curiam.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court finding appellants guilty of criminal contempt for interference with a receiver appointed by the court. 18 U. S. Code, Section 401(3). Appellant Frank G. Maragas was sentenced to sixty days' imprisonment; his brother, Aristotle, was sentenced to ten days' imprisonment. The court dismissed a charge of criminal contempt. which was heard along with the charge of criminal contempt.
