This matter was tried before the court on January 17, 1968. Defendants had filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter on December 27, 1967, but the court reserved ruling on the motion due to the short time remaining before the trial setting. Several different grounds for dismissal are advanced in the motion, one of which is lack of standing on the part of plaintiffs to challenge...
