This is an action to recover for personal injuries. The plaintiff brought the suit under the provisions of the Employer's Liability Law, A.R.S. § 23-801 et seq. (1956). The case was tried before a jury in the Superior Court of Maricopa County, resulting in a verdict for the plaintiff of $130,000.
