MR. JUSTICE McNAMARA delivered the opinion of the court.

After a trial without a jury, defendant, Junior Henderson, was convicted of aggravated incest1 and sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of 5 to 10 years. Defendant appeals, contending that he was not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and that the trial court made erroneous rulings as to the admissibility of certain evidence.
