Petition, filed in this court by William F. Harrington, in his capacity as President of the New Hampshire Bar Association, praying that Daniel E. Donovan, Jr. of Winchendon, Massachusetts be removed from office as an attorney pursuant to RSA 311:8. On August 24, 1954, Daniel E. Donovan, Jr. was admitted to practice as an attorney in this state (RSA 311:2), at which time he took and subscribed his oath of office. RSA 311:6.
