This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Will County in favor of plaintiff, the M.A. Felman Co., as against defendant, WJOL, Inc., in the sum of $51,962.19. The judgment followed a finding (pursuant to a motion for summary judgment) by the Circuit Court of Will County that plaintiff was entitled to such damages as a result of defendant's breach of contract.
