Joe Jones, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was tried and found guilty of the crime of Grand Theft, a felony, in violation of A.R.S. § 13-661 and § 13-663, as amended, and sentenced to a term of not less than four years nor more than five years in the Arizona State Penitentiary.
