The question presented in this case is whether a lawyer has standing to maintain a suit to enjoin a corporation from violating the Texas Canons of Ethics, engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, and engaging in practices which are demeaning to the legal profession and economically harmful to individual practitioners. In effect, the courts below have held that a lawyer does not have standing to bring such a suit. Tex.Civ.App.,
