MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

James Kendall Clancy filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy on March 10, 1967. Objections to the bankrupt's discharge were filed by The First National Bank of Colorado Springs on the ground that the bankrupt had obtained a business loan from the bank by making a materially false financial statement within the terms of Section 14c(3) of the Bankruptcy Act.
