This case arose as a result of a series of unfair labor practices charged against Southern Tours, Inc. and Gulf Coast Motor Lines, Inc. [hereinafter referred to as "the Company"] by the Amalgamated Transit Union, Local Division 1326, AFL-CIO for violation of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a) (1), 158(a) (3), 158(a) (5).
