On May 9, 1968, John L. Trivette, Jr., was before this Court for trial on a two-count indictment charging robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon. As a preliminary matter, the defendant moved to suppress the proffered in-court identification of defendant by the complaining witness, Mrs. Cecilia I. Johnson.
