This is a civil action for a declaratory judgment to invalidate two United States patents. L. F. Strassheim Company, a Wisconsin corporation doing business as the Bowling Green Chair Co. is the plaintiff, and Gold Medal Folding Furniture Company, also a Wisconsin corporation, is the defendant.
