He alleges that he was arrested on or about April 22, 1966. On May 18, 1966, Joseph entered a plea of not guilty on each of the two counts in which he was charged. On May 25, 1966, he withdrew his plea of not guilty to Count Two, which charged him with receiving possession of the contents of stolen mail, and at that time, with his court-appointed counsel present...
