KILKENNY, District Judge:

This action involves an interpretation of Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. Section 185(a), and a contract entered into on October 21, 1963, between Local 901 and the Ponce de Leon Hotel Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of H. R. Weissberg Hotel Corporation.
